Battle Bears Overclock is the revamp from the structure of Battle Bears Ultimate, while maintaining the same PVP experience but optimized and improved into a total different product. In BBO:  

  • We replaced the back-end server from the old version to ensure more stability and strength to support high CCU, therefore to deliver the best real-time PVP experience for our fan base;

  • Most importantly, we modified the core game logic to simplified game mechanic and monetization, also made match making process more straight forward to deliver the fast paced battle experience on mobile. To differentiate from the other PVP title or ours - Battle Bears Gold, in this version, we combined MOBA element such as character based skills. In addition to character based weapon, we also added common weapon, so that players can match their favorite champion with unique weapons from another champion.

  • Social wise, aside from In-Game Mailing system and Friend system, we also added real time Chatting System for players to communicate in lobby while waiting for battle, and Clan system for Clan fight!

Overall, our goal was to simplify the game play so it could be more open to broader players, but also aiming to enhance user experience to its maximum limit!

The game was launched in January 2016 on the Apple App Store, while featuring by Apple over 100+ counties all over the world, it has also reached Top 2 Overall Games!

Moreover, the product has also found its way to Asia by us signing a decent deal with one of the major mobile game publisher in the Chinese market - CMGE, AKA Victory Games. And I'm glad to be involved in this deal as bridge and major deal maker that made the deal happened. This was the biggest deal for SkyVu Entertainment.
