As Art Producer my duty heavily involved in daily operation over NFT, Game, Marketing and brand related Merchandise production lines. Manage project estimation, budgeting control, task management, and establish critical paths for all Digidaigaku related productions.
At the same time, my role as Art Sourcing Manager work closely with 20+ external vendors, which involves talent networking, candidate negotiation, legal drafting, on-boarding and resource management to ensure smooth production across all production lines.
